PIVAI Takes SignMap to the Field in Newberry, SC

In March 2026, PIVAI deployed its platform in Newberry, South Carolina, demonstrating real-time AI-powered infrastructure inspection on live road networks. The system detected traffic signs, evaluated visibility and condition, and identified pavement defects including cracks and potholes — all while operating in motion. Data was processed on-device, generating a fully structured dataset with geolocation, imagery, and condition metrics. By the end of each run, stakeholders had immediate access to an interactive map, prioritized maintenance insights, and automated reports — eliminating the need for manual data review. This demonstration validated PIVAI’s ability to transition from data collection to actionable intelligence in a single workflow.
